岗位职责：
1)负责具身智能机器人系统中应用层开发，包含：感知流程、任务编排、策略调度、业务流程控制等；
2)实现对视觉模型 / 算法服务的调用与集成，编写 Python 包 / SDK 以供上层调度层使用；
3)负责与公司其它系统间的通讯模块（REST / gRPC / WebSocket 等），实现数据同步、命令接收与状态上传；
4)负责Modbus 设备集成：基于 PyModbus / pyModbusTCP 实现 RTU与 TCP 设备的驱动封装、功能码读写、建设统一的设备适配器与配置化管理。
5)参与业务逻辑建模、任务状态机、故障处理、重试机制等设计与落地；
6)编写接口文档、单元测试、集成测试，并参与系统联调、上线与维护；
7)优化性能（IO、并发、内存、调用延迟）并持续改进代码质量与可靠性。

岗位要求：
1)计算机 /软件 /自动化或相关专业本科及以上学历；2 年及以上 Python 开发经验；
2)熟悉常用 Python 框架 /库（Flask / FastAPI /Django /Pandas /NumPy /OpenCV /scikit-learn 等）；
3)有与 C++ /外部库 / native 接口调用经验（如通过 ctypes /pybind /Cython /swig /gRPC /RPC 框架）者优先；
4)熟悉 HTTP / gRPC /WebSocket /MQTT 等通信协议；理解接口设计、错误重试、异常处理机制；
5)有单元测试 /集成测试经验，熟悉 pytest / unittest 等测试框架；
6)熟悉性能调优（IO、异步、协程、内存泄漏检测等）；
7)良好代码风格、文档能力与沟通能力；
8)有机器视觉 / 算法服务集成经验者或工业自动化 /机器人项目经验者优先。
