3.全流程风险管控：精通国家安全环保法规、啤酒行业标准（废水/发酵安全等），深度掌握啤酒生产全流程（糖化/发酵/灌装）中的关键风险点（氨制冷/压力容器/危化品）及环保指标（COD/BOD/VOCs）；
4.现场实战能力：具备隐患识别整改、持续改进推动、应急预案编制演练及事故处置能力。
5.软实力：分析决策力强，执行力突出，诚信务实，追求卓越，勇于挑战。
6.优先资质：持有注册安全工程师或环保工程师证书者优先；中共党员优先。
