沈阳市沈发公司隶属于辽宁中科环境管理集团，集团专注于城市垃圾资源化利用和有机废弃物处理。本项目位于沈阳市辽中区再生资源产业园内，项目占地20000平米，厂房面积7700平米。总投资约1.3亿元。项目包含餐厨垃圾资源化处置项目和废弃油脂资源化利用项目，建成后年产值2.5亿元，创汇3000万美元。本厂区建设将坚决贯彻落实国家2035碳中和，碳达峰的战略理念，依托自主知识产权的适合寒地中温厌氧工艺，将餐厨垃圾制浆进行全物料发酵产生沼气，沼气经提纯后一方面可满足厂区用电、用热等日常生产需求，另一方面加工成生物天然气出售。厂区建成后将成为*“零能耗”餐厨废弃物处置样板企业，有效地解决了区域餐厨垃圾污染环境和地沟油食品安全等问题，目前集团正布局省内30吨以下城市餐厨垃圾项目。为我省低碳发展、生态辽宁贡献力量。
