职位描述
1、建立及完善EHS体系和流程，满足法规和公司要求，持续改进，提升EHS绩效；
2、建立、维护及保持ISO14001环境管理体系内部运行及审核工作；
3、主导环境健康安全相关内外部审核、验收和监测，并确保达成预期目标；
4、识别环境健康安全消防等相关法律法规，评价公司活动的合规性，并提出改进措施。参与新材料、新设备、新工艺、新技术的EHS评估；
5、检查安全重点项目的运行，监督风险整改进展（如特种设备、压力容器、化学品、天然气等）；
6、制定风险识别和隐患排查制度，组织现场隐患排查，制定改进措施，降低风险，消除隐患，防止事故的发生；
7、开发、完善涵盖员工、访客、供应商和承包商的安全培训体系，落实实施；
8、监督各项EHS制度、流程的执行，督促各部门EHS相关整改措施的完成；
9、工伤事故调查，事故原因分析，整改措施制定及跟踪完成；
10、定期组织作业现场职业危害因素检测，制定措施降低职业危害；
11、建立员工健康档案，分析跟踪员工职业健康趋势，避免职业健康风险。
任职要求：
职位要求
1、本科学历，汽车零部件行业工作经验5年以上；
2、有良好的沟通协调能力；
3、有专业EHS管理经验以及技能，熟练使用FMEA分析识别潜在的安全隐患；
4、沟通协调组织好，公平、正直、善良。
