岗位职责：
1、建立健全EHS文件体系并有效运行。2、负责政府主管部门（安监、消防、环保、卫生）对接和政策执行。3、管理环保、职业健康与安全生产工作，确保符合外部法规及内部EHS管理体系要求。4、组织EHS检查、审核及不符合项整改跟踪。5、实施环境监测、职业卫生监测等EHS相关监测工作。6、开展工艺安全评估（含新工艺、新设备、新产品）。7、组织日常、月度及节假日安全检查与消防巡查。8、负责消防器材、急救用品配备检查及消防档案管理。9、主导新员工安全教育及全员日常安全培训。10、建立并维护特种设备及特种作业人员档案。
岗位要求：
1、具备环境、健康、安全（EHS）相关专业知识，熟悉国家及地方EHS法律法规。2、持有注册安全工程师证者优先。3、熟悉EHS管理体系（如ISO 14001、ISO 45001）运行逻辑。4、具备风险识别、事故调查、应急响应方案编制能力。5、良好的跨部门沟通协调能力与培训授课能力。6、有化工、制造、新能源或高危行业EHS实操经验者优先。
