前身是石家庄市第三建筑工程公司，成立于1970年，1998年改制为石家庄第三建筑工程有限公司。三十年来，公司由小到大，由弱到强。1987年，成立了装饰公司、石家庄市建筑新技术开发研究所、建筑构件生产厂等分支机构，现在发展成为一个全面通过ISO9002国际标准认证的国家中一型、建筑资质一级的施工骨干企业。全公司现有职工4700余人，其中大中专以上文化程度的248人，拥有各类专业技术人员440余名，其中高级职称12人，中级职称83人。
