Chengdu Modern Hospital (Chengdu Wuhou Xincheng Hospital) is a tertiary comprehensive hospital integrating medical treatment, rehabilitation, teaching, scientific research, prevention, and health care, especially achieving a leading level in orthopedics, microsurgery for severed finger (limb) replantation, etc. It is the first non-profit tertiary comprehensive hospital in Southwest China with advantages in hand microsurgery, orthopedics, and plastic surgery, focusing on spinal and joint surgery, based on microsurgical techniques, with minimally invasive surgery as the development direction, and notable specialty characteristics. It is also one of Chengdu's 120 emergency network hospitals. Additionally, with the approval of the Chengdu Science and Technology Bureau and the Civil Affairs Bureau, it established the first hand surgery research institute in Southwest China—the Chengdu Xinxiandai Hand Surgery Research Institute.
Currently, the hospital has over 1,500 open beds, 288 medical staff with intermediate or senior professional titles, and more than 600 health technical personnel in total. The clinical academic leaders of each department serve as vice chairmen or members in relevant academic committees in Sichuan Province and nationwide. The hospital undertakes continuing education and training for primary hospitals across the province and even the whole country, having consecutively held 11 sessions of national training classes on hand surgery and microsurgery (3 provincial and 8 national), achieving excellent teaching results. It has also received numerous visiting physicians from tertiary hospitals within the province, neighboring provinces, and even across the country, integrating scientific research, teaching, and clinical practice, thereby cultivating a large number of specialized talents for the popularization and improvement of hand and microsurgery in Sichuan Province. The hospital has comprehensive department settings. Clinical departments include orthopedics, hand surgery, general surgery (with secondary departments such as neurosurgery, general surgery, urology, hepatobiliary surgery, breast surgery, burn and plastic surgery, and anorectal surgery), surgical anesthesiology, internal medicine (with secondary departments such as respiratory medicine, gastroenterology, neurology, endocrinology, rheumatology and hematology, oncology, nephrology, and cardiology), obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, ophthalmology, otolaryngology, emergency medicine, critical care medicine, medical aesthetics center, stomatology, traditional Chinese medicine, traditional Chinese orthopedic trauma, etc. Technical departments include medical imaging, MRI room, CT room, pharmacy, functional examination, clinical laboratory, biochemistry laboratory, immunology laboratory, and other clinical technical departments, as well as a central sterile supply department.

Recruitment requirements: 1. Applicants for academic leaders must be physicians with associate senior titles or above and have over 5 years of work experience in a tertiary hospital; 2.
