Guangzhou Tianchi Surveying and Mapping Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the company) is a private surveying and mapping technology joint-stock company. The company was established in December 2004, with its office address at 52 Ruihua First Street, Wenhua Road, Tianhe District, Guangzhou, and has branches in Shenzhen and Huizhou. The company currently has 98 employees, of which more than 70% have a secondary technical school education or above (including secondary technical school); there are 3 senior professional title technicians, 10 intermediate professional titles, and 15 junior professional titles, covering specialties such as geophysical prospecting, surveying and mapping, geotechnical engineering, computer science, economic management, personnel, and finance and accounting. The average age of employees is about 30 years old. In October 2008, the company applied for and passed the ISO quality management system certification; in July 2010, it obtained the surveying and mapping qualification certificate issued by the National Administration of Surveying, Mapping and Geoinformation; in March 2013, it obtained the CMA laboratory qualification certification. The company is a member unit of the Underground Pipeline Professional Committee of the China Urban Planning Association, a member of the Chinese Geophysical Society, and a member unit of the Guangdong Province Certification and Accreditation Association, the Guangdong Provincial Society for Surveying and Mapping, and the Guangzhou Municipal Society of Surveying and Mapping. The company's current main business is underground pipeline detection, inspection, and topographic and cadastral surveying. The future development direction of the company is to build itself into a pipeline-related comprehensive management expert that integrates pipeline production, design, installation, maintenance, survey, and inspection into one. It will gradually develop into a large group company with business spread at home and abroad, making due contributions to the development of the national pipeline industry.
The company currently owns various instruments and equipment worth more than RMB 5 million, including 8 production vehicles, 15 pipeline detectors, 3 tracer detectors, 3 manhole cover detectors, 1 pipeline radar, 1 ground-penetrating radar, 1 shallow seismic instrument, 2 small drilling rigs, 12 total stations, 4 GPS static receivers, 4 GPS-RTK receivers, 4 levels, 5 drainage pipeline CCTV inspection systems (QV), and 2 drainage pipeline camera systems (CCTV). The company's production capacity has been increasing year by year since 2004. At present, it can detect more than 5,000 kilometers of pipelines annually, inspect 2,000 kilometers of drainage pipelines, and map 100 square kilometers of terrain, which means that the company can independently complete the comprehensive underground pipeline and built-up area topographic map surveying task of a medium-sized city within one year. Since the establishment of the company, we have undertaken more than 900 projects, with a product qualification rate of 100%, excellent rate of 88%, and customer satisfaction rate of 100%. We have received praise from designers and owners many times, and have been listed as a qualified service provider with reliable quality by many design institutes and pipeline ownership units.
The company has always been committed to the development of underground pipeline GIS management systems. At present, it has independently developed underground pipeline management systems based on both MapInfo and AutoCAD platforms, which have received unanimous praise from users such as Guangzhou Water Affairs Bureau, Huizhou Planning and Construction Bureau, Jinan University, and Qishuyan Locomotive Works. In the past two years, the company has focused on researching accurate detection methods for underwater pipelines and ultra-deep pipelines, and has successfully implemented them in Foshan, Zhuhai, Zhongshan and other places, achieving good economic and social benefits.
