岗位职责

1.负责上门服务平台APP的整体技术规划和架构设计；

2.指导团队成员解决技术难题，提升团队整体技术水平；

3.确保代码质量，实施代码审查和测试流程；

4.针对项目需求，选择合适的技术栈和开发工具；

5.决定技术方案，解决项目中的关键技术问题；

6.与产品团队、设计团队和其他相关部门紧密合作，确保技术实现与产品需求一致；

7.跟踪*新的移动开发技术和行业趋势，持续优化产品；

8.推动技术创新，提升产品的竞争力；

9.编写和维护技术文档，包括API文档、系统架构文档等。

任职要求

1.计算机科学或相关领域的本科及以上学历。

2.至少5年以上的Java开发经验，有大型APP开发经验者优先，3年以上的技术团队管理经验。

3.精通Java编程语言，熟悉JVM原理，熟悉常用的Java开发框架，如Spring Boot、Hibernate等。

4.熟悉移动应用开发流程，有Android或iOS平台开发经验者优先。

5.熟悉数据库技术，如MySQL、MongoDB等。

6.熟悉微服务架构和容器技术，如Docker、Kubernetes。
