岗位职责：
1、按计划完成功能模块的功能设计，代码编写和单元测试；
2、协助开发经理完成详细开发设计文档和数据库设计文档的编写；
3、积极参与需求分析、系统设计、软件研发、集成测试、安装部署等工作；
4、具备良好的抗压性、良好的学习能力和团队协助能力。

任职要求：
1、计算机编程及相关专业本科以上毕业，有五年以上项目开发经验；
2、熟练使用Java，有 SpringMVC 或 SpringBoot框架的实际项目经验;有java服务调优经验者优先；
3、熟悉Mysql,具备一定sql调优能力；至少熟悉redis、memcache一种缓存系统,了解常见的缓存使用场景；
4、有良好的代码书写、注释和单元测试习惯，熟练运用多种软件设计模式；
5、能独立跟进需求整个生命周期相关工作,包括需求评审->方案设计->代码实现->bug修复->发布上线->上线服务质量维护，能严格把控需求进度和质量；
6、有较好的质量意识,始终对生产环境保持敬畏；
7、有直播系统开发经验者优先。
