必要条件：
硕士及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能、模式识别与智能系统等相关专业（经验丰富的优秀本科生可放宽）。
2年以上计算机视觉算法研发与落地经验，能独立完成模型从设计到交付的全流程。
精通深度学习基础理论，熟练掌握 CNN、YOLO、Faster R-CNN 等主流目标检测与识别模型。
精通 PyTorch 或 TensorFlow 至少一种主流框架，具备扎实的Python编程能力。
熟悉 OpenCV 等图像处理库，了解数据增强、小样本学习等实用技术。
优先考虑：
具备农业养殖、食品工业或相关领域算法项目经验者优先。
有模型在边缘设备部署、优化（如模型剪枝、量化）经验者优先。
能够适应偶尔前往生产现场进行需求调研和算法验证。
对技术赋能传统产业抱有热情，具备出色的逻辑思维和沟通能力。
