新安县富安煤业有限公司位于洛阳市新安县南李村乡政府南600米，北距新安县城6公里。公司是根据河南省资源整合政策精神，经豫资源整合办[2005]2号文件批准，由原新安县富安煤矿、桂田煤矿整合而成。初步设计方案是关闭桂田煤矿，保留富安煤矿一对斜井做为安全出口和总回风井，新建一个立井和两条下山，采用一立二斜下山开拓，中央边界式通风，年设计开采能力为15万吨，矿区井田面积1.8792平方公里。地质储量452万吨。根据地质勘探鉴定结果表明，深部有待开发储量达2000多万吨以上。该区开采二1煤层，煤层赋存条件较好，属低瓦斯矿井。煤层不易自燃。
公司投入资金一亿万元。属股份制企业。管理人员多为吉林省白山市人。
