4.深入理解业务，能主动发现业务难题并通过技术手段解决问题。
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先。
2.5年以上JAVA后端开发经验。
3.具有扎实的JAVA开发基础，熟悉Spring框架，熟悉MySql、Redis等中间件。
4.熟悉权限RBAC模型，了解功能权限和数据权限的相关业务知识。5.具备良好的代码规范和团队协作能力。
