博涵英电科技（大连）有限公司（BT Global Services (Da Lian) Co., Ltd.），成立于1997年4月，2008年3月随总部位于新加坡的母公司BT Frontline Pte. Ltd.一起成为英国电信集团（British Telecommunication Plc）的一员，英资企业，现有员工二百余人。
在博涵，我们10多年来始终致力于为*港口提供港口、码头、物流IT解决方案及电子商务系统的开发。我们的产品和服务已成功应用于新加坡港、阿联酋迪拜港、土尔其梅尔辛港、沙特阿拉伯吉达港等多个*港口码头。
我们公司先后被评为 “国家规划布局内重点软件企业”，大连地区“高新技术企业”和“优秀软件企业”，“大连十大软件销售企业”及“大连十大软件行业出口企业”，通过CMMI3级评估，并曾获得大连市“首届年度雇主调查*佳雇主”奖。
