公司加工设施完备，研发能力强，拥有大型龙门数控铣、数控加工中心15台，电火花、线切割等加工设备60台套。拥有先进的企业INTRANET 网络进行生产工艺管理，并率先引进了产品数据管理系统【PDM】加强对于客户数据的保护，首创式的采用【真空消失模铸造工艺】制作模具毛坯；模具生产中完全采用【CAD】【CAM】等现代模具制造工艺加工制作模具产品，实行严格的ISO9000管理体系来保证为客户提供质量一流的产品。并竭力保证为客户提供图样设计、加工制造、试模打样、技术指导的综合能力。
