(hereinafter referred to as Jiangxi Zhengneng) was established on October 28, 2016, located in Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province, with a registered capital of RMB 200.01 million and paid-in capital of RMB 100.01 million. The company is professionally committed to integrated energy services such as electricity purchase and sales, informatization of power equipment, digital applications, power equipment testing/maintenance, distribution transformation, new energy investment and operation, and energy-saving services. Since its establishment, Jiangxi Zhengneng has actively participated in the construction of the electricity market, invested in Jiangxi Power Exchange Center Co., Ltd., and become a member unit of the Jiangxi Electricity Market Management Committee, with electricity trading qualifications in Jiangxi and Fujian. To date, its traded electricity volume has exceeded 20 billion kWh, serving over a thousand electricity-consuming enterprises as an agent, and it has continuously received 3A and 2A comprehensive operation evaluations for electricity retail companies from the Jiangxi Provincial Energy Bureau and the Power Exchange Center.
