Hubei Blue Sky General Aviation Technology Joint-stock Co., Ltd. is a professional institution qualified by the Civil Aviation Administration of China under CCAR-91, CCAR-141, and CCAR-145, engaged in the sale, leasing, and maintenance of private and commercial aircraft. Its headquarters is located in Wuhan City, Hubei Province. Since its establishment in 2007, Blue Sky people have seized opportunities and strived for progress, building the company into the first listed CCAR-141 flight training base in China and one of the top three high-tech enterprise groups in China's civil aviation sector. The Cessna 172 is the world's most popular model; as a primary training aircraft, it is favored by many domestic flight training institutions, with nearly 300 aircraft in China. ◆ We are a Textron Aviation authorized piston aircraft sales and service center and channel partner in China. The company currently has 39 aircraft, 45 flight instructors, and over 160 professional technical personnel including maintenance staff. It has 19 flight training airspaces, more than 20 training routes, and operating bases in eight airports across five provinces. The main operating base is at Xiangyang Liuji Airport in Hubei, with Changde Taohuayuan Airport and Huaihua Zhijiang Airport in Hunan serving as auxiliary operating bases, and Yichang, Tongren, Luoyang, Nanyang, Xinyang, and Shiyan airports as transit bases. The aviation theory base is located at Blue Sky Aviation Building, Jinxia Road, Dingcheng District, Changde City, Hunan Province, and the flight training base is growing and improving. The company has been rated as a "Gazelle Enterprise" by the Ministry of Science and Technology for three consecutive years; it is a key development enterprise under Hubei Province's "Five Hundred" program; in 2009 and 2010, it received the "Safety Responsibility Assessment Outstanding Unit" award from the Central and Southern Regional Administration of Civil Aviation for two consecutive years; from 2011 to 2016, it was rated as a unit meeting aviation safety responsibility assessment standards; it has accumulated over 300,000 safe flight hours, over 800,000 safe takeoffs and landings, and trained nearly 3,000 civil aviation pilots, including outstanding students such as Wu Guanghui, chief designer of the domestic C919.
