岗位职责
1．按照规范要求coding，保证按项目计划进度完成工作任务，及时完成单元、功能测试，保证编码质量；
2．与前端开发人员紧密合作，确保前后端的数据交互和功能实现；

2.精通java开发，springBoot、springCloud、feign
dubbo等;有较强的代码执行、技术攻坚、项目管理经验;
3.熟悉流程引擎flowable,能独立完成流程引擎与业务集成优先考虑;
4.熟练使用MySQL、RabbitMQ、Redis、
Cassandra和MongoDB等技术，能够根据项目需求选择合适的数据库和消息队列技。
5.熟悉并实施过分布式服务下高可用、高性能、高并发、数据一致性保证的常见方法;
6.具备系统调优、性能调优等技能，对疑难技术问题具备较强的排查能力;
7.主导过大型项目的实施落地，对业务领域具备良好敏感度，能有前瞻性的规划和落地实施方案和路径，具有复杂系统的架构设计和演进经验者优先;
8.逻辑思维严谨，沟通表达流畅，做事有责任心，对技术有热情，开放心态，具有良好的团队协作精神
