岗位职责（有跨境电商研产销一体的公司背景）
1、参与产品需求分析，参与系统分析和设计；
2、负责服务平台及相关业务的后端功能开发和设计工作
3、以业务目标为导向，积极钻研探索各种新技术并推进技术升级
4、完成领导交予的其它任务

职位要求：
任职资格
1、全日制本科以上学历，计算机相关专业优先，4年及以上Java开发经验，具有扎实的Java理论知识，具有优秀的算法和数据结构基础，有扎实的编程功底
2、熟悉设计模式，对面向对象技术有深入理解
3、熟悉Spring Cloud开发框架基础组件及各种特性
4、熟悉Mysql、Redis、RocketMQ、Sharding-JDBC，掌握常见的性能优化技巧
5、熟悉TCP/IP协议、HTTP协议，熟悉Linux，能够编写shell脚本
6、具备设计通用框架以及模块能力，以及丰富的编码经验，至少担任过一个项目核心开发。
7、熟悉项目开发过程中的常用关键技术，如并发，缓存，集群，分布式，系统对接等，熟悉业界的常用开源技术
8、熟悉常用业务数据库的设计和开发，能够快速手写复杂的业务SQL，可对数据库，Javaweb系统优化
9、有跨境电商开发经验且对整个跨境电商有着自己的看法理解者优先
