2.根据需求、开发对代码的改动、以及对业务的了解，设计合理的测试用例测和试场景，保证产品在功能、性能方面的稳定，需对负责范围内的产品质量负责
3.测试工作中落实公司测试体系，按标准流程开展工作，并进行不断优化。
任职要求：
1.专科及以上学历，3年以上经验，计算机，电子、通信、信息技术专业；
2.具有良好的学习能力、逻辑思维能力、沟通表达能力；
3.具有丰富的测试经验，掌握测试方法和测试用例设计方法，熟悉测试理论和流程，对测试工作富有热情；熟练使用各种测试工具Pytest，Jmeter、Selenium等等；
4.具有自动化测试经验，具有JAVA或Python代码能力，熟悉Oracle、MySQL等数据库，有一定的SQL编写能力；
5.有强烈的责任心及主动性，具有owner精神，主动承担，并有良好的抗压能力，深入思考，并解决问题；
6.具有MES测试经验者优先、半导体行业经验、工业制造行业经验者优先"
