Kaide Group (hereinafter referred to as the Group) was established in 1998, formerly known as Wuhan Shunmin Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. It is mainly engaged in real estate development and construction and its supporting services, and holds a national second-class real estate development qualification. Over the past two decades, the Group has been focusing on the field of industrial real estate. In recent years, relying on the prosperity and development of Wuhan's economy and the intellectual advantages of key universities and research institutions, it has gradually developed from an industrial real estate operator into a diversified industrial group integrating real estate (residential, commercial, cultural tourism) development, property management, building decoration, cultural entertainment, and high-tech. At present, it has 20 billion yuan in fixed assets and 6 billion yuan in working capital.
