一、岗位职责
1. 参与公司数据算子平台、数据集平台的开发工作，完成整个项目的需求分析、架构设计、流程设计和编码实现；
2. 参与众包平台的开发工作，合作完成众包业务的设计和实现，帮助公司搭建众包平台，提高众包利用效率；

二、岗位要求
1. 本科及以上学历，3-5年java后端开发经验；
2. 精通Java语言，熟练使用常见框架如spring、Mybatis等并有深入理解，熟练使用常见的分布式中间件、缓存、消息队列、数据库等，熟悉分布式系统的开发；
3. 有丰富的项目开发经验，能够独立承担模块设计、开发和维护工作；
4. 具备良好的开发功底和编码习惯，以及团队协作开发能力；
5. 工作责任心强、认真细致，有良好的理解能力、沟通能力、学习能力。
