郴州市苏仙区万信学校由长郡教育集团、文津教育集团托管，由苏仙区教育局主管的九年一贯制民办学校。2020年1月加入湖南省文津教育集团，采用长郡中学教育管理模式，由长郡教育集团的管理精英管理，由长郡教育集团的名师团队**。学校于2019年经教育行政主管部门批准成立，2020年6月将更名为郴州市文郡学校。
因学校发展需要，2020年秋季计划招聘教师55位。学校教师薪酬为本地公办教师的1.5倍，民办教师的1.2倍。特级教师、正**教师、学科带头人享受特殊津贴，实行年薪制。985、211学校优秀毕业生和硕士研究生享受人才津贴。
