东营明汇新能源科技有限公司成立于2010年，为东营市经济技术开发区重点扶持企业，2018年被授予“东营市科技型企业”，2021年被评为“高新技术企业”，2024年完成加拿大多交所上市。 公司业务范围主要包括多源热泵，浅、中、深层地热资源综合利用项目的BOT投资和工程建设等。截止2023年底，明汇公司投资及参与建设的深层地热供暖社区总面积达到580万㎡，期间主导完成的牛庄镇地热能源供热项目，成为山东省*个“地热清洁供暖无烟小镇”，参与建设的“东营经济技术开发区清洁能源供暖项目”成为省级示范项目。
