Join the NEA Zone Logistics team drive the transformation of our operations by ensuring safety, quality, efficiency across the entire zone!
Mission
As the Logistics Process & Safety Manager fthe zone, you will be the guarantof operational excellence standardization. Your mission is to co-design with Logistics & Safety COE, deploy, maintain optimal logistics processes that maximize performance while ensuring a safe working environment fall our teammates. You will play a central role in aligning local practices with Decathlons global standards, acting as a key reference fthe zones logistics community.

Your mission: standardize our processes ensure safety fsustainable performance.

Standardization Deployment: You will analyze existing logistics processes, identify best practices, apply Logistics United operational standards fthe entire zones network. You will lead the deployment of these standards across different warehouses platforms in countries, ensuring they are adopted respected.
Safety Compliance: You will be the safety policy relay, ensuring that logistics processes infrastructure within the zone meet the United standards. You will conduct assessment, identify potential risks, implement action plans to mitigate them in collaboration with local & United teams.
Performance Managership: You will co-define with Logistics & Safety COE track KPIs related to process quality, efficiency, safety. You will facilitate rituals to ensure rigorous monitoring, continuous improvement, towards Operational Excellence.
Support Training: You will contribute to tools training materials with University teams to help local teams master United Standards, processes safety rules. You will support training sessions coach local referents trainers so they can become autonomous.
Contribution to the Logistics & Safety Community: You will share best practices, actively participate in cross-functional projects, help evolve the culture of safety, Standards Continuous Improvement within Decathlons logistics.

1. 标准化落地与流程规划
战略承接与本地化规划：负责将United Standards精准转化为本地可执行的指导方案。分析现有物流全链路流程，识别痛点与实践，制定标准化的流程优化方案，确保全国物流网络的高效协同与一致性。
流程一致性监控：建立流程审计机制，定期寻访各仓库与平台，减少操作差异。通过现场辅导与数据监控，确保标准作业程序被严格采纳，实现运营模式的统一与规模化效益。
2. 绩效管理与持续改进
数据驱动的绩效管理：协同定义关键绩效指标，建立涵盖流程质量、运营效率及安全绩效的监控仪表盘。通过数据洞察识别业务瓶颈，定期主持绩效复盘会议，确保运营目标的达成。
推动持续改善文化：运用精益管理思维，引导团队开展持续改进项目。针对数据波动与异常问题，组织跨部门攻关，推动运营目标的实现，持续提升物流服务的性价比与响应速度。
3. 安全管理与合规风控
安全体系构建与合规：担任区域安全政策的关键联络人，构建符合全球标准及当地法规的管理体系。主导定期的安全审计与风险评估，建立隐患排查与整改闭环机制，确保物流设施与作业流程的持续合规。
风险预防与应急响应：制定并落实风险应对行动计划，统筹安全培训与应急演练。协同本地运营团队及全球专家团队，针对高风险场景实施专项改善，将“安全为本”的理念落实作业环节。
任职资格:
Profile
You are a logistics professional with strong expertise in process management, continuous improvement, Operational Excellence with at least 5 years of experience.
You have significant experience in deploying operational standards in a multi-site international environment.
You have an in-depth knowledge of occupational health safety standards regulations.
You have the capacity to act as a counter-power
You possess excellent communication teaching skills are capable of convincing supporting change.
You are fluent in English (minimum level B2).
任职资格
- 5年以上仓储/物流运营管理经验，拥有持续改善与运营相关项目经验，有跨国运营标准落地的实战经历。
- 精通职业健康安全标准及相关法规，熟悉中国《安全生产法》《消防法》等法规，具备实施经验；
- 熟悉现代物流仓储运作模式及自动化设备流程。
- 具备独立思考能力，批判性思维和以结果为导向的思考方向
- 英语流利，能够适应跨国会议与沟通交流，，法语作为附加项
- 掌握精益生产、Kaizen等持续改进方法，用数据驱动决策；
- 优秀的沟通能力，能够有力推动变革并影响跨层级团队。
