4. 熟悉Kafka、Redis、Zookeeper等常用中间件；
5. 熟悉常用设计模式，并能灵活运用；
6. 了解微服务架构理念及实现技术，有微服务实践经验者优先考虑；
7. 具有强烈的责任心，能够承受压力，思路清晰、善于思考、能独立分析和解决问题。
