北京润清园温泉度假村是集商务、会议、娱乐于一体的综合性湿地温泉度假村，位于天通苑以东1.5公里处，京承高速公路黄港出口向右转直行3公里即到。度假村沿清河水系而建，三面环水。总体占地500亩，约33.35万平米，经营面积1.5万平米，占总面积4.5%，其余95.5%均为绿化带及水面，度假村所在地至今还基本保持着湿地原生态，有十几种野禽在此栖息。\r
