四川天奈锦城材料科技有限公司（以下简称“天奈锦城”）成立于2023年3月7日，注册资金2.2607亿元，其中江苏天奈科技股份有限公司（以下简称“天奈科技”）占股70%，上海锦源晟新能源材料有限公司占股30%。天奈锦城主要从事碳管复合磷酸铁锂、碳管复合磷酸锰铁锂的开发、生产及销售。天奈锦城将投资30亿元在天府新区眉山片区建设年产10万吨锂离子电池高导电新型正极材料生产基地项目，项目分为两期建设，分别拟建设年产2万吨和8万吨锂离子电池高导电新型正极材料生产基地。公司计划于2023年12月底投产运营，一期实现产能2万吨。
