1、依照项目制定的美术风格方向，负责产品的高品质特效制作，包含战斗特效，环境特效以及UI特效；
2、设计符合需求描述，美术风格以及品质规格的特效；
3、使用Unity引擎的粒子系统（VFX Graph/Shuriken），结合其他工具制作实时特效；
4、与项目组协作测试和制定特效的技术规格和品质标准；
5、与原画设计师、动画师紧密协作，不断调整打磨特效至游戏产品需求的*佳效果。
任职要求：
1、3年以上游戏制作设计经验，掌握不同风格的特效制作；
2、具有专业美术知识，一定绘画基础。有3D软件特效制作经验；
3、有良好的色彩感觉，良好的动画节奏感，能对特效相应的音效进行制作优先；
4、沟通能力好，主动积极，有耐性，有条理，性格开朗。
