1、本科以上学历5年以上工作经验，有仓储、物流、供应链金融开发经验者优先考虑；2、熟悉精通Spring MVC、Spring boot、springcloud等主流JAVA框架技术；3、熟悉数据库MySQL、Oracle、PostgreSQL之一或多个数据库设计和开发，索引原理以及SQL调优；4、熟悉分布式架构下的相关技术栈和常见问题的解决方案；5、熟悉面向对象的分析和设计能力，能够撰写高质量的技术设计文档；6、执行力强，工作积极主动，能承受一定压力并高效工作；7、思路清晰，善于思考和总结，能独立分析和解决问题。心态开放，具有较强的学习和沟通能力
