为落实国家“三农”政策，破解小微企业融资难题，中国银行与新加坡淡马锡下属的富登金控合作，自2011年起在全国批量发起设立中银富登村镇银行。中银富登村镇银行以“建设新时代一流村镇银行”为战略目标，本着与客户“共同成长，成就梦想”的信条，致力于“扎根县域，支农支小”，为县域的中小企业、微型企业、工薪阶层、“三农”客户提供本土化、高水准、全方位的金融产品和服务。截至2018年6月末设立法人机构近100家，在乡镇设立支行网点近120家。
