昊禾生物科技(常州)有限公司(简称昊禾生物)前身为南京昊禾生物科技有限公司，成立于2021年5月。公司创立之初获新加坡方面数千万元的天使轮投资。2024年5月，中国国投高新产业投资有限公司(简称国投高新)对我司进行产业化投资，该项目是国投高新投资的*个孵化型科技企业。
昊禾生物秉承天然、健康、低碳的理念，致力于高天然度、高光学纯度、高化学纯度的产品开发。拥有微生物菌种选育、发酵精准调控等核心技术，建立了多种大宗化学品、精细化学品等绿色生物制造技术体系。公司已实现以可再生糖为原料一步发酵生产L-苹果酸，获得了高品质的产品;开发了以L-苹果酸为核心平台化合物的产品矩阵，并拓展其在食品、医药、电子、化工等领域的应用。
