岗位职责：
1.负责电力设备在线监测系统上位机软件的设计、开发与维护。
2.独立完成与各类监测终端、传感器设备的通信模块开发，精通MODBUS、TCP/IP、UDP、MQTT等常用工业通信协议解析与实现。
3.设计并优化实时/历史数据库结构，实现监测数据的高效存储、查询与管理。
4.开发友好、稳定的上位机人机交互界面，实现数据实时展示、曲线分析、告警提示及报表生成等功能。
5.配合硬件团队完成系统集成与联调，协助制定通信规约与数据接口标准。
6.参与软件架构设计、技术选型、代码评审及核心模块的编码实现。
7.编写相关技术文档，支持产品测试、交付及后续迭代升级。
任职要求：
1.计算机、软件工程、电力自动化等相关专业本科及以上学历，5年以上工业监测或电力行业上位机软件开发经验。
2.精通Python开发语言，具备多线程、网络编程、跨平台开发经验。
3.至少精通一种上位机软件开发环境，熟悉PYQT上位机开发的优化。
4.深入理解MODBUS、TCP、UDP、MQTT等通信协议，能独立完成协议解析与通信驱动开发。
5.熟练掌握SQL Server/MySQL/PostgreSQL/TDengine等至少一种数据库，具备数据库设计与性能优化经验。
6.具备电力设备局放监测、状态监测或类似行业背景者优先，了解IEC 61850、104规约者优先。
7.具备较强的独立解决问题能力、逻辑思维清晰，具有良好的团队协作和沟通能力。
