新疆太瓦新能源有限公司(国有控投)成立于2022年11月，位干新疆霍尔果斯市兵团分区，注册资本金5000万元人民币，公司隶属于太阳能光伏行业，主要以光伏新能源产业为投资方向，业务涵盖异质结电池组件的研发、制造、销售光伏技术的应用和产业化及上下游产业链。公司是新疆兵团第四师、兵团分区拓展新能源产业的重要举措和*平台，将国际上*优秀的、*高效的光伏生产系统导入霍尔果斯兵团分区，项目总投资人民币19.4亿元。项目建成投产后，可形成年产4高效异质结电池及2.5高效光伏组件的产能。
