岗位职责
1.负责对现有平台进行评估和优化，提高系统效率和可靠性；
2.负责主动平台系统高并发/高性能/高可用/可扩展性/安全性能力提升、关键功能技术设计评审和技术难关攻关，承担核心功能逻辑实现；
3.负责评估和选择适当的技术栈，包括前端和后端技术，数据库系统。保持对趋势的敏感性，确保系统采用的技术；
4.设计和实施系统安全性和隐私保护策略，确保用户数据和平台的安全性。
5.分析平台系统性能、优化系统架构和代码，确保系统在高负载情况下保持稳定运行。制定性能测试计划，并参与系统性能调优
4.负责拉通内部产品矩阵技术架构，建立灵活的系统平台；
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业背景，至少五年以上的工作经验；
2.深入理解分布式系统、微服务架构，容器化架构和云计算，并具备实际项目经验；
3.精通SpringCloud /SpringBoot微服务架构，熟练使用pgSql、mysql等主流数据库，具备复杂查询优化、分区表、JSONB类型处理等实战优化经验。
4.深入理解中间件，至少精通Kafka或者RocketMQ中的一种，有高吞吐消息处理、顺序消费、事务消息处理等项目经验。
5.熟悉MQTT、TCP、WebSocket等物联网通信协议。
6.有充电桩项目背景者
