5. 了解数据库基本原理，熟悉PostgreSQL、Mysql,具备系统数据库设计和规划能力，能编写高性能的SQL；

6. 具有较强的学习和沟通能力以及团队协作能力，主动，有责任心，逻辑思维清晰；

7. 有一定的系统配置调优经验；

8、熟悉Java高并发、多线程者优先，有金融行业或银行信用卡相关工作经验者优先；

9.研究生学历可减一年工作经验。
