觅鹿酒庄，主攻有机葡萄种植及葡萄酒生产，倾力打造国内葡萄酒知名品牌，酿酒所用葡萄原料部来自于自有葡萄生态园，原料实行分级限产、即采即榨（葡萄从手工采摘到榨汁入罐不超过3小时，*大限度保持葡萄新鲜度），生产所用冷冻、过滤及灌装线等主要生产设备均采用先进的意大利进口设备，聘请国际高级酿酒师，采用法国酒庄酒酿造工艺、法国原装进口橡木桶陈酿、装瓶后的葡萄酒再在地下恒温酒窖中静储6-8个月方可贴标装箱出厂，以保证酒的品质。
