China Resources Construction Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Resources Land Limited (1109.HK), a comprehensive real estate company listed in Hong Kong under China Resources Group. It was registered and established in Beijing in January 2001, holding seven first-class qualifications for general contracting and professional contracting in housing construction, mechanical and electrical installation, municipal engineering, decoration, intelligent systems, and curtain walls. It has five regional branches in Beijing, Northeast, Shandong, East China, and Southwest, as well as three business divisions for mechanical and electrical engineering, project management, and curtain walls, and one direct sales department under the headquarters. Under the mechanical and electrical division, there are eight business departments including Market and Operations, Design, BIM Center, Engineering, Contracts, Refrigeration, Hotel, and Testing. In 2013, the company registered and established Rundi Mechanical and Electrical Design Institute Co., Ltd. in Shenzhen. The company has over 1,000 management personnel.
