(该岗位工作内容：UI设计为主，兼顾原画支撑)

岗位职责
1、独立负责游戏UI整体风格设定与落地，包括界面布局、图标设计、整体美术风格统一；
2、能绘制一定的原画素材，如道具、装饰元素，支撑UI与美术资源需求；
3、根据产品功能与交互需求，提出合理的UI设计方案，提升用户体验；
4、参与美术规范与流程建设，指导和带领初级UI成员，保证团队产出质量；
5、与策划、美术、程序保持紧密沟通，推进项目进度。

任职要求
1、3-5年以上游戏UI设计经验，有完整项目从0到上线的实战经验；
2、熟练使用Photoshop、Figma、Illustrator等设计工具；
3、具备较强的美术功底，能够独立绘制图标、装饰元素，风格表现力强；
4、有良好的审美与风格把控能力，能保证UI整体统一；
5、具备团队沟通与协作能力。

加分项
1、熟悉海外市场休闲、超休游戏的UI风格；
2、有动效设计能力，能独立完成UI小动效；
3、会用AI工具辅助设计产出（MJ/SD）
