1、负责得物社区推荐召回、排序相关业务功能的开发、架构设计及优化；
2、保障推荐系统的高性能、高可用、高效率，支撑日趋复杂的业务需求迭代；
3、负责推荐相关的外围核心系统的架构设计和开发，为业务提供灵活、稳定、高效的解决方案；
4、跟进项目进度，接口规范制定，技术文档编写，确保项目进度和质量。
职位要求
1、3年及以上Java后端服务开发经验，有搜索/推荐/广告等相关系统经验者优先；
2、熟悉java主流技术栈，具有高并发开发经验和扎实的技术功底；
3、具有一定的系统设计和架构能力，能够独立完成系统的设计和实现；
4、有良好的技术视野，能适应新业务新技术的快速发展变更，对于新业务新技术有持续的学习热情；
5、优秀的分析解决问题的能力，有责任感，较强的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神。
