岗位职责：
负责渣浆、冷氢化、歧化、充装工段的DCS系统监控与操作，控制温度、压力、流量等工艺参数，保障装置平稳运行。
识别工艺异常及报警，快速执行应急处置，协同外操完成现场调整与故障处理。
规范填写生产记录、工艺台账及交接班日志。
参与装置开停车、检修配合及工艺优化。
任职要求：
大专及以上学历，化工、机电、环境等相关专业。
具有化工行业或硅烷气、多晶硅、有机硅行业1年以上内操/中控操作经验。
熟悉冷氢化、精馏装置操作者优先；掌握DCS系统操作及工艺参数控制。
熟悉艾默生、浙大中控、和利时等DCS/PLC系统操作。
具备异常识别与应急处置能力，能快速响应生产波动。
熟练使用Office办公软件，能规范填写生产记录及台账
