公司主要从事良种生产、有机果蔬生产以及速生林栽植和速生杨优良品种的繁育。占地面积1200亩。所生产黄金梨被山东省和菏泽市果品鉴评中分别获得金奖。采用独特的西瓜生产技术无残留，风味佳，产量高，05年所生产西瓜*大达78斤，06年所生产产*大西瓜达35公斤，届时来西瓜合作的朋友可观赏收购。04至05年连获农业部表彰。是山东省种粮大户。董事长赵效东为菏泽市*的农民人大代表。
