1. Gemdale · Tianyue
Gemdale · Tianyue is located on Xiongchu Avenue in Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone. The project has a total gross floor area of approximately 340,000 square meters. With an extraordinary touch, Gemdale creates a cushion-belt urban landmark, integrating contemporary elements into the design of the Mingshi series, presenting a masterpiece of fine craftsmanship aesthetics to the newly affluent class on the road to success. Expected to launch in August 2015.

2. Rongqiao City
Won the annual sales champion of the Xudong area in 2014. The project has a total gross floor area of approximately 1.16 million square meters, located in the middle section between Wuhan Yangtze River Second Bridge and Erqi Yangtze River Bridge. It is a diversified functional metropolis with the most riverside characteristics in the Jiangnan section of Wuhan's main urban area. In the second half of 2018, another masterpiece "Rongqiao Star Domain" was launched, located in Wuhan's inner ring, commanding the Wuchang Riverside Business District, a prime location on the Yangtze River main axis. 5. Gemdale Yuejiang Times

The project is located near Jin Yintan Station of Line 2, adjacent to AEON Mall, with mature surrounding facilities and convenient living. It is an Oriental aesthetics masterpiece integrating "cultural style, comfortable livability, and humanistic care." Expected to launch in August 2018.

7. Yangluo Xinying Huaxiang City
Xinying · Huaxiang City is located in Wuhan Yangluo Development Zone. The project fronts a lake and backs onto the National Aerospace Industry Base. (Major Phase I) has a total gross floor area of approximately 290,000 square meters. It is a low-density high-quality large residential community jointly created by Central New Film Group and Hubei Three Gorges Huaxiang Group. It will launch in July 2018.
