4、掌握一个以上 Web 开发框架，了解其结构和流程，能对其进行扩展；
5、至少开发过 3 个完整的业务模块，掌握从需求分析到技术实现的方法，掌握从开发到上线的完整流程；
6、掌握 MySQL 索引优化、事务处理，熟悉 Redis 等 NOSQL 技术;
7、逻辑清晰，具备独立解决问题能力，能承受项目压力；具有团队协作意识强，擅长技术方案沟通与文档沉淀。
