Its shareholders are Renfu (China) under the Jardine Matheson Group, one of the Fortune Global 500 companies, and Chongqing Meiyuan Automobile (Group) Co., Ltd. Currently, it plans to primarily engage in the sales and after-sales maintenance of Mercedes-Benz automobiles. Renfu (China) Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Renfu Hang. Since 1954, Renfu Hang has been the exclusive agent for Mercedes-Benz automobile sales and after-sales services in Hong Kong and Macau, securing a leading market share for Mercedes-Benz in Hong Kong. Renfu Hang is also an affiliate of Jardine International Motors under the Jardine Matheson Group. The Jardine Matheson Group is a long-established large multinational enterprise. Renfu (China) was founded in 1994 and is the largest Mercedes-Benz sales and service network in South China.
