轻居生活在社区本身就是提供一些如保洁、保姆月嫂养老护工，以及家庭维修、改造等业务，那么刚好招募一些待就业或灵活就业人员，通过培训，持专业技能证书后安排相对应的岗位，给一些无法出远门、时间相对零碎化的居民提供灵活就业，给一些想要一定收入水平的，可以提供如住家保姆月嫂等就业岗位。
轻居生活：我们主要和民政合作做社区便民服务，比如为家庭提供家政，保洁，养老，托管，托育等服务。同时做周边居民进行技能培训，就业支持指导。
有民政支持，做背书。目前合作有十几家社区服务站和
30多家家政物业单位。
