岗位职责
1、负责 C 端产品服务端架构设计、API 接口开发迭代，保障高性能、高可用，支撑海量用户访问。
2、攻克高并发、分布式、性能瓶颈等技术难题，把控代码质量、技术选型与架构规范。
3、快速响应并解决线上故障，保障服务稳定运行。
4、参与系统重构、性能调优及 AI 技术落地，持续优化架构。
5、配合产品、测试团队，高效完成项目开发、联调与上线。
任职要求
1、统招本科及以上，5 年及以上 Java 服务端开发经验，有 C 端 API、海量用户产品，高并发项目经验优先。
2、精通 Java 基础、多线程并发、JVM 调优，熟练使用缓存、消息队列等分布式中间件。
3、精通 SpringBoot、MyBatis-Plus 等框架，熟练使用 MySQL、Redis 进行设计与优化。
4、有 AI 平台对接实战经验，能独立对接豆包、通义千问、ChatGPT、Gemini 等国内外AI平台并完成接口封装优先
5、抗压能力强，沟通协作良好，可应对紧急迭代与线上应急。

岗位工作时间：上午9:00-12:00 下午13:30-18:30（周末双休）
