Henan Airport Investment Group Co., Ltd. is a provincial financial enterprise authorized by the provincial government, with the Provincial Department of Finance fulfilling the investor's responsibilities, and is managed as a key provincial enterprise. The provincial government approved a registered capital of 75 billion yuan, jointly held by the Provincial Department of Finance, the Airport District Management Committee, Zhengzhou City, and Henan Investment Group. Under the correct leadership and strong support of Party committees and governments at all levels, the Airport Investment Group, based on the urban construction of Zhengzhou Airport District and the cultivation of leading industries, is accelerating the construction of a new development pattern of "one body, two wings", striving to promote the transformation from "city investment" to "industry investment + venture capital", cultivating and strengthening five major businesses: "urban operation, public utilities, technology industry, technology finance, and modern services", attracting, converging, integrating, and serving industrial resources from all sides, building a first-class state-owned capital investment and operation platform, assisting the "second startup" of the Airport District with high-quality development, and achieving urban development and asset appreciation. At present, the Airport Investment Group has obtained a Baa1 issuer credit rating from international authoritative rating agency Moody's with a stable outlook; it has also obtained AAA issuer credit ratings from three major domestic rating agencies, with comprehensive credit strength ranking among the industry's top. In the future, the Airport Investment Group will closely follow the decisions and arrangements of the central government and the provincial Party committee and government, supported by financial capital operations, with real industry development as the main line and regional development in the port area as the focus, striving to become an influential first-class state-owned capital operation platform in China, making new and greater contributions to assisting the "second startup" of the Airport District, implementing the "two highs and four efforts" work deployment, and writing a new chapter of Chinese-style modernization in Henan.
