精密能源化學品之生產製造
*期規劃年產能90噸矽甲烷，預計於2012年Q4於彰濱廠產出。
第二期規劃到年產能720噸矽甲烷，預計於2013年Q3可產出。
以科冠能源的專業經營團隊及優秀的工作夥伴為骨幹，期許能創造出一領導品牌的專業精密電子化學品公司。
