江西大家食品有限公司于2001年4月在湖口县工商局注册成立，是一家集水产品、豆制品加工、销售为一体的综合型企业。公司占地32亩，建筑面积4120平方米公司已成功向国家商标注册局注册了“糟王”、“愚哥”、“老牛”等叁个产品商标。愚哥牌、糟王牌系列酒糟鱼、豆豉鱼、凤尾鱼；老牛牌豆豉等多个系列四十多个品种产品已通过农工商、沃尔玛等大型卖场及各省级食品批发市场走向全国各地。
